How many stick to their new years resolutions? Every December we think what we want to change about ourselves and our lifestyles and lives in general, we welcome a new year in still pledging those resolutions.. A week or some short time later the same old routine takes hold and those resolutions get left with the New Years Day hangover! I am sooooo guilty of this and I know I'm not alone! For the past couple of years I haven't set new years resolutions I have instead set goal posts to allow positive changes into my life and changed my intentions to crystal clear intentions of what I want to bring into my life. 2017 Was such a emotional rollercoaster year for me which was full of unexpected changes some good some bad but I have made sure I will not let the bad effect 2018... If anything 2017 taught me what I don't want in life and it highlighted what really does matter and that life can change for anyone 'just like that'. Why restrict yourself with New Years Resolutions when life is so short and unpredictable? Listen to your intuition, what makes you happy? what makes you sad which you can change for the better? You want more of what brings a smile to your face and fills your heart with joy! Change isn't easy but sometimes its change that brings us what we need more than anything.... Fun, happiness within and joy! I'm all for positive life changes such as loosing weight and quitting smoking but my advise is to do it in a way which is fun and not sudden or restrictive to you as a person. Set that goal and intention then let The Universe and your Angels help you to make those positive changes and welcome the changes on the way so you can enjoy the journey. Dont worry about the 'how' your Ego will bring all these excuses to the front of your mind, just have faith and be open to making that intention come to reality.
